The confirmation will say that the case will later be allocated to a legal case officer.
Cases are not usually allocated to a legal case officer immediately. Therefore, the confirmation is not normally written by a legal case officer. The person who has signed the confirmation can therefore not be expected to be able to answer any questions regarding the case.
Citizens who complain via an e-mail receive an automatically generated confirmation.
